From the minute you are wheels down at McCarren Airport, there are decisions to make about transportation. Whether you are traveling alone or in a group such as a bridal party or company convention, getting around Las Vegas has many options. From public transportation to a ritzy ride in a no-holds barred limousine, the choices are boundless on how to travel.
Public Transportation
Public transportation in Las Vegas is abundant, convenient, and affordable.
Taxis
Terminal 1 has taxi service from the east side of baggage claim outside door exits 1-4. Terminal 3 has taxi service outside on level zero. Airport personnel are available to assist as needed.
The maximum number of passengers allowed in any cab is six, including infants and children.
Travel tip: Remember to jot down the cab company, vehicle number and driver’s name when traveling to and from the airport, just in case you leave something behind.
Limousines
Terminal 1 limousines are available on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7 – 13. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and aid as needed. At Terminal 3, shuttles and limousines are conveniently located outside on Level Zero on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and on the east side of the building to accommodate international travelers.
There is a plethora of private limousine services serving McCarren Airport and beyond.
Rental Cars
The McCarran Rent-A-Car Center is located at 7135 Gilespie Street, just three miles south of the airport with easy freeway access to Interstates 15 and 215 and the Las Vegas Strip.
Ride Share
Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 1 is located on level 2 of the parking garage.
From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 Parking Garage.
Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 3 is located on the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage.
From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #52, #54 or #56 up to level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage.
Public Paratransit Service
The RTC Paratransit service is available by reservation at Terminal 1 for eligible Paratransit visitors. The RTC Paratransit Shuttle service is available by reservation at Terminal 1. The shuttle stop at Terminal 1 is just outside the doors on Level Zero.
Terminal 3 is located on Level Zero, outside door exit 55.

Interterminal Shuttle
At Terminal 1, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero. From baggage claim, take the elevator or escalators down one level and exit the terminal building. Take the pedestrian crosswalk toward the covered parking garage to the courtesy shuttle stop.
At Terminal 3, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero in the center of the curb.
Travel in Style
