Elite Medical Center makes you feel like you are part of an elite group. The staff makes you feel like you are their only patient. Within minutes of walking through the doors, I was whisked away to a room. Dr. Singh was attentive to my needs and listened carefully to everything I was trying to relay about my condition.
Dr. Singh was extremely down-to-earth and very easy to speak with. What a fantastic bedside manner and a great doctor. Charles, the lab tech was not only conscientious and humble but also extremely easy going and made me feel comfortable with each poke, prod or test. Anthony, the other lab tech was a little more quiet but had a warm smile and also instantly made me feel comfortable with each request I made of him. Thanks to Alice in the lab for the speedy diagnoses. The nurses, Laura and Liz were a treat.
They helped to ease anxiety felt by a family member who had accompanied me to the hospital. I especially loved the insinuation that the “hair removal treatment” when removing the tape was a free service the hospital provided. The front desk staff, Tara and Maricela were warm, friendly and efficient. They made it easy for me to ensure all my paperwork was in order and I had no other questions before departing the hospital.
I would hope you never have to pay a visit to an emergency room in Las Vegas, but should the need arise, I would insist on the Elite Medical Center.
