If your health plan is not included in our list of contracted plans, please contact the customer service phone number listed on your health insurance card to verify that our facility is part of their network.
If you have an insurance benefit plan that allows you to access healthcare services from providers that are not contracted (out-of-network) with your health plan, or if you are not using or do not have healthcare insurance and will be paying for services directly, you may speak with a financial counselor at 702-388-4637 regarding your coverage and to get a rate quote for your visit.
