Swanky and New
Circa Resort and Casino – Open October 2020
Circa Resort and Casino is the first ground-up resort development in downtown Las Vegas since 1980. This massive new property occupies an entire block of the Fremont Street Experience. Circa has over 750 rooms along with a 4,000-person-capacity rooftop pool deck. Rooftop pool deck? Yes, combine stadium sports watching on a ginormous screen, a pool and some poolside adult beverages and you come up with a trifecta of fun!
“Circa is the conduit between the Las Vegas of Yesterday and the Las Vegas of tomorrow.”
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
Richard Branson along with a group of investors purchased the Hard Rock Casino in 2018 and created the first of the Virgin Hotels brand properties in Las Vegas.
As if we need to promote the Virgin Brand, the hotel is taking a social corporate consciousness approach to it’s new facility and aligning with local Native American gaming interests.
“When you blend the storied heritage and hospitality of Mohegan Sun with the world-renowned innovation of Virgin Hotels, something magical is bound to happen.”
The hotel will use three loyalty programs altogether; the Virgin’s “They Know”, Hilton Rewards and the casino will use Mohegan Sun’s Momentum rewards program. The Virgin is now open for business!
Resorts World Las Vegas
Opening Summer of 2021, Resorts World Las Vegas is one of the first ventures in Las Vegas for international resort and casino operator Genting Group who invests and operates in resorts in the UK, Malaysia, and Singapore. Las Vegas is its first United States resort.
Their 111,000-square-foot casino floor will for sure be a lot different than other properties in the area.
“Resorts World Las Vegas is designed to electrify the senses in every conceivable way – with talk-of-the-town nightlife, irresistible, globally inspired cuisine and mixology, star-studded residency performances and engagements at the state-of-the-art 5,000-capacity theatre, a curated collection of exclusive retail boutiques, and the most technologically advanced, progressive approach to gaming the Las Vegas Strip has ever seen.”
With a whopping 3,500 guest rooms, this hotel is set to accommodate large conferences and conventions. This new luxury destination will feature Asian touches in décor and amenities.
