Patty Holden, MBA, FACHE
Patty has served as the CEO of Elite Medical Center since early 2019. Before starting her tenure at Elite Medical Center, Patty served more than 5 years as the CEO of Mesa View Regional Hospital in Mesquite, Nevada, until 2018. Patty first served as the interim CEO for Mesa View beginning July 9, 2012, and was named CEO on September 1, 2012.
Patty has more than 23 years’ administrative and business development experience in a broad range of healthcare settings, including larger and smaller hospitals. She has held various hospital executive positions in the Las Vegas area. Just before joining Mesa View Regional Hospital, she served for four years as chief operating officer at Mountain Vista Hospital, a 178-bed hospital in Mesa, Arizona.
Patty is a long-time resident of Nevada and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Service, a Master of Business Administration, and has the distinction of being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Her unique background and experience offer a fresh perspective on the patient experience. Together, she and Elite Medical Center are changing the definition of emergency care for the people of Las Vegas.
Elena McNutt, RN, MSN, MBA
Elena (Ellie) McNutt has been an integral part of Elite Medical Center since the opening in the summer of 2018. Before joining the Elite Medical Center team, Ellie served as the CNO for Desert Springs Medical Center from 2014-2018. There, Ellie focused on implementing a service excellence action plan that included hardwired hourly rounding and significantly improved the ranking of the hospital. Having worked in a variety of hospital settings in various positions such as Chief Clinical Officer, Director of Surgical Services, and HIPPA privacy officer, Ellie brings over 20 years of experience to Elite Medical Center.
Ellies training as a clinical provider began with earning her LPN in 1995 and then her Associate’s degree in nursing in 1998. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000, Master of Science in Nursing in 2007 from Bethel College, and her Master of Business Administration (Management) in 2009 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ellie is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society for Nurses and of Infusion Nurses Association, and previously served as the president of the Fulton County Mental Health Association.
Ellie is passionate about providing top-notch clinical care to her neighbors in Nevada and strives to provide the best patient experience at Elite Medical Center.
